CAUV works with planning agencies and their regional partners to apply Advanced Urban Visioning to their own goals, challenges, and circumstances.
An initial Strategic Diagnostic Assessment establishes where the process could add value. Its scope is developed jointly around pressing planning questions, upcoming decisions, and staff capacity. It can address a regional system, selected investments, or a particular challenge involving ridership, operating costs, or connectivity.
The assessment brings together agency staff, political leadership, operators, and other participants to examine current performance, explore analytical capabilities, and identify opportunities worth investigating. The region gains a shared diagnostic and recommended next steps, then decides how to proceed.
